I can offer several different styles of therapy session, depending on what suits you best.

Face-to-face

A classic for a reason! A session in person, located in a quiet, confidential therapeutic space. People who prefer this style value that it offers the most privacy, and the least distraction from the process of therapy.

Walking therapy

Becoming increasingly popular, this type of session takes place in the open air. Meeting at an agreed space, we would take a stroll at your pace, enjoying the benefits that nature can bring to the therapeutic process.

Working online

If working with me in person isn’t possible for you, or otherwise doesn’t suit your needs, then I am trained and experienced in working remotely via video call, and happy to have online sessions.

My preferred route is with doxy.me, a free browser-based system with no downloads. Easy to use, confidential and secure, I find that it works really well. If you are interested in online sessions, give it a look.

Telephone sessions

If you find that any of the above are not for you, I am also comfortable with sessions via phone as well. Just as confidential as video sessions, with the added bonus of maximum flexibility for you, working this way could be a good fit.

Whichever type of session suits you, I will always try to ensure that it is as confidential, supportive and therapeutic as possible, and ask that you treat your own time with the respect and care that you deserve.
